Every SKU links to its own design file in whatever editor you use: Adobe Express, Canva, Photopea, anything web-based. When an order comes in, FiF pulls the buyer's personalization from the Etsy receipt and pairs it with a one-click link to the right template, so nothing gets lost between order and print.
All traffic uses TLS 1.2+, sensitive data (including buyer PII and OAuth tokens) is encrypted at rest, and access is enforced via Firebase Security Rules at the database level. Buyer data is isolated per shop, we never mix it across shops for analytics or any other purpose.
You can revoke FiF's access at any time from etsy.com/your/apps. When you do, we stop retrieving new data and purge buyer PII from our active systems within 30 days.

The core app is a web app, no install needed beyond connecting your Etsy shop. The Chrome extension is optional and only adds profit badges to the Etsy order pages you already visit; all data comes through our API integration, not from reading Etsy's pages.
