Why I built Fetch it Frankie
I run a high-volume Etsy shop and have fulfilled over 20,000 personalized orders. Every one meant jumping between Etsy, my production partner, and a folder of artwork links. Copying personalization text. Checking production status. Mapping SKU to design.
At scale, that friction costs real hours and creates real mistakes. I built Fetch it Frankie out of necessity, first for my own shop, then for other sellers facing the same problem.
The goal is simple: one clean workspace to fulfill personalized orders right the first time, with honest visibility into true profit after fees, shipping, and supplier costs.
The buyer wins too. When sellers aren't drowning in workflow friction, they ship faster, make fewer mistakes, and respond to customers sooner. Etsy works better when the seller's workflow works better.
